Points on the Driving Licenses of Fly-tippers

The Conservatives tabled amendments to the Government’s Crime and Policing Bill to introduce points on the driving licenses of fly-tippers and seize and crush vehicles used in fly-tipping incidents.

Despite Labour voting against these measures, the Government have u-turned and announced plans to put points on the driving licenses of fly-tippers.

The Conservative Party will continue to push for more police powers to seize vehicles used for fly-tipping.
