I met Hannah and Andrew Springham of Farmyard Frozen at their base in the Broadland Food Innovation Centre to hear of the diversification of their business from hospitality to retail and now business to business.  Farmyard Frozen is providing Michelin restaurant level food to first and business class airline travellers across international airlines using local produce.
